TOP 100 award: Ranga Yogeshwar honors apollon

In the anniversary round, 550 companies applied for the award – more than ever before. apollon also took part in the innovation competition and came out on top. At the beginning of the year apollon received the TOP 100 seal 2023. The TOP 100 company portrait published on the occasion of the award states (excerpt):
Instead of getting bogged down, the company has a clear focus: software for marketing automation and product data communication. Here apollon is leading – especially concerning the number of integrated functions and features. This is primarily due to the dedicated employees, all of whom are on an innovative course.

“It is often colleagues from the project teams who work closely with customers who pass on new input to product development. Basically, every employee at our company is an impulse generator who contributes suggestions, new ideas and optimization proposals,” explains CEO Norbert Weckerle.

Many ideas are generated at customer workshops or on Innovation Days. The Innovation Days are intended for existing customers, potential new customers, interested parties, partners and friends of the company. On these days, those responsible also present their roadmap for the coming years.

“We welcome praise, but also questions and suggestions. After all, our innovations are not an end in themselves, we generate them for our customers,” emphasizes CCO Tobias Marks.
