Your area of responsibility

Supporting our (Senior) Project Managers in IT projects for the introduction of our Online Media Net software in the PIM and DAM environment
Documentation and conceptualisation of customer requirements
Preparation and support in the implementation of workshops at the customer’s premises and in-house meetings
Support for existing customers in the context of support, change requests and daily business
Consultancy services in the area of Online Media Net (OMN), initially in a supportive capacity, later also independently in sub-areas of the software
Sales support in the area of our software products
Supporting project managers in the project office, including with the help of our various project management tools (common standard software products)

Your profile

Completed technical / technical-business studies or comparable training
Very good business knowledge and highly technical expertise
Initial experience in project management of IT and/or eCommerce projects an advantage (certifications in this area desirable, but not a requirement)
Consultant personality with a convincing demeanour and assertiveness
Initiative and independent planning and action
Flexibility and target-orientated action within the framework of the envisaged project results
Customer- and success-orientated thinking and acting
