OMN features at a glance
What should your platform do? OMN connects four modules: maintain product information, organise media, plan outputs and manage workflows. Explore how the main capabilities fit together.
PIM: turn master data into product content
Import item master data from upstream systems and add descriptions, attributes and marketing features. Classifications organise products; a one- to three-level hierarchy represents products, items and variants.
Channel-specific data-quality processes support content checks. Images, videos and documents can be linked to products. The Bulk Editor is one of the available editing components.
DAM: make media discoverable and usable
Manage images, videos, documents, and 3D and 360° content. Metadata, tags and categories support search. Variants and versions help organise different representations and revision states.
Light-table, table and single-object views support different tasks. The Annotation Tool, Compare View and specialist viewers extend media workflows.
Channel Management: plan publications
Plan and manage marketing activities for your sales channels. For print projects, keep track of catalogues and chapters. Flatplan, the briefing module and Selection Client are complementary components.
Workflow Management: connect tasks
Task lists and workflow views coordinate work across PIM, DAM and Channel Management. The documented workflow system is based on Camunda and the BPMN standard, allowing business and technical processes to be described together.
Modules, extensions and your project scope
Not every component is automatically part of every installation. Modules, plug-ins, AI features and integrations depend on your tasks and the agreed scope. In the demo, we look at your actual workflow together, from incoming data to output.
