OMN REST API
Connect your own applications to OMN and automate access to product data and media. The API documentation distinguishes Core API and Search API and describes the available endpoints.
Data and processes through the Core API
The Core API covers PIM, DAM, Channel Management and common resources. Documentation also includes a Workflow API group. Development teams can select the operations required for their use case.
For example, a connected application needs product information and associated media. The integration must identify the relevant objects, retrieve the required data and define its processing in the target system.
Find content with the Search API
The Search API documents full-text and structured search, type-ahead suggestions, stored searches and index management. Search and domain data operations therefore have separate API areas.
Version, authentication and error handling
Current documentation describes OAuth 2.0 or OIDC with Keycloak, URI structure, bulk processing and error responses. OpenAPI specifications support technical assessment.
The “latest” documentation path currently shows an OMN 7 snapshot. Your project depends on the installed version, enabled features and permissions. Check endpoints and the data model against that environment before specifying an integration.
