THE SOLUTION
OMN as an Integrated PXM Platform.
At PARSA Beauty, OMN serves as the central platform for all product-related data and workflows. The implementation followed an agile SCRUM framework with JIRA and process-driven workflows (BPMN/CAMUNDA) — a solution that covers all requirements:
PIM & DAM
Product data and assets united. All product information, images, and documents are managed centrally in OMN. The integrated DAM solution ensures consistent assets across all channels.
SAP Integration & REST API
Seamless system integration. OMN is connected to SAP via REST API — including bidirectional data exchange. Alphashot and Tradeflex are also integrated. Data flows automatically into the central platform.
Workflow Automation
Process-driven workflows. Approvals are automated with BPMN/CAMUNDA processes. Every product record goes through defined steps — from creation to market launch.
Channel Management
All channels from a single platform. Brick-and-mortar retail, online shops, marketplaces, and private-label partners are all fed centrally from OMN. New channels can be connected quickly.

DeepL Translations
