With around 7,000 products, 250 employees and its own school for podiatry, Ruck is a leading and innovative manufacturer, specialist dealer, trainer and consultant for foot care, cosmetics and wellness. With the online configurator, Ruck customers can now configure and order practical equipment such as cabinets, chairs and special furniture in the online shop. The online configurator not only offers the possibility of product customization, especially for products that have many equipment details and variants, it is also an extremely efficient sales tool.

What is special about the jerk configurator is the detailed view of the product from all possible angles. And this in real time during product configuration. Since Ruck also offers its customers complete room concepts, it is also possible for customers to view the individual products in the desired room concept. An interface to the ERP system ensures that the current price is also displayed in the event of changes or additions. In the end, Ruck customers can order the individually configured product directly or alternatively get in touch with the customer advisors.

This was made possible by using the latest 3D technology and because CAD data was available for all products. The whole thing was realized with the CGI and IT specialists from the M+M Group, Meyle+Müller and apollon.
