OMN process advice

The 5 steps in our process for optimal project implementation

1. Design/specification

In this phase, we evaluate all relevant business processes and compare them with the recommended and/or standardised Online Media Net processes. We work with you as part of a process consultation to identify the processes you will use in the future and to define the parameters for their implementation. This process of identification continues throughout the entire project so that the project remains dynamic and adapts to changing situations.

2. Configuration

In the configuration phase, the OMN technology and content is first set up as the base system. If desired, you can have your own IT admin people do the configuration (we’ll be happy to train them) or our experts are always available to configure the base system to your system as an additional service.

3. Customisation

With customisation, we expand the range of functions and flexible configuration options available with OMN to meet your individual demands. Based on the requirements identified earlier, we work with you to create specific scripted functions or add additional interfaces as needed.

4. Test phase

During the test phase, we subject the system to various levels of testing (for example, functional, module, integration, acceptance and load tests) so that we can fine-tune your system’s configuration as necessary. At the end of the test phase, your system is ready for your final approval before our specialists make all of the necessary connections to your systems in preparation for going live.

5. Roll Out

After the test phase, the system is ready to go live and the roll-out can begin. We are happy to manage the roll-out for you as an additional service or we can provide your team with on-site assistance or training.
